UPDATE: This issue was fixed with PT 2025.1 and newer.
If audio events include crossfades, when committing an ARA plugin, the committed tracks are shifted and will be out of sync with the rest of the session.
In the meantime, as a workaround, please remove any crossfades from all the events before committing the tracks.
