To activate your Auto-Align 2 upgrade license, you need to surrender your Auto-Align 1 license.
Your Auto-Align 1 will be replaced by an Auto-Align 2 group license that includes Auto-Align 1 and Auto-Align 2.
Your old sessions with Auto-Align 1 will open without any issues.
Here's how to activate your Auto-Align 2 upgrade license:
Launch the iLok License Manager, log in to your account and check where your Auto-Align 1 license is currently activated by selecting it in the iLok License Manager, right-clicking, and choosing "Show Details."
If Auto-Align 1 is activated on other machines or iLok devices, please deactivate your existing activations before proceeding.

Launch the iLok License Manager, log in to your account, locate and select your Auto-Align 2 license, and select "Activate" from the Licenses menu.
Click "Complete" and follow the steps on the screen to finish the activation.
That's it!
Important note:
If you don't have access to a machine with your Auto-Align 1 license, right-click on the machine's name and select "Report as Unusable", scribble a line, check the checkbox, and click "Submit".
We'll approve the reset request as soon as possible, and after it's approved, you'll be able to activate your Auto-Align 2 license.
