Ideally, you should capture your entire arrangement in Auto-Align 2 in order to get optimal results.
In this message, Auto-Align 2 warns you that the capture was short.
It can still align, but if there's more audio in the project, let Auto-Align hear it by clicking 'Clear Capture',
then press 'Align' again and playback the arrangement.
