How to enable Rosetta2 mode for Logic Pro X?

In order to run ARA2 plug-ins under Logic on Apple silicon Macs, Logic Pro X must run in Rosetta2 compatibility mode.


1. Open the Finder and go to Applications folder.

2. From the Applications folder, select Logic Pro application.

3. Right-click Logic Pro app and select Get Info (or press Cmd + I)
4. Make sure Open using Rosetta is checked:

5. Re-open Logic. It should now indicate it is running as Rosetta:


* To switch back to running Logic native, simply uncheck the Open Using Rosetta.
