How to Join a Remote Support Session

We're using Zoho Assist for remote sessions. We will send you an invite a few minutes ahead of our scheduled time. 

Please follow these steps in order to join the session:


1. Click 'JOIN SESSION' in the email you received.

2. Download and run the small 'Zoho Assist' app.




3. Click 'Join'

That's it.

(If we're unable to remotely control your machine, please go to System Preferences --> Security and Privacy and in the Accessibility tab, make sure Zoho is enabled.
