V2:

If not using an iLok physical usb key, make sure you've moved your iLok Authorization to the new machine.

Make sure you've installed the latest iLok License Manager.

For more details look here.

V1:

Because authorizations are unique to each machine, 32 Lives re-install is required when migrating to a new machine.  To install 32 Lives on a new or additional machine, simply download the latest full 32 Lives installer from the user area, run the installer on your new machine and enter your account's email address and password (Not the license redeem code) into the appropriate entry fields.

If you're retiring your old machine, please uninstall and deauthorize 32 Lives to move its license back to your account before formatting the old machine's drive. To Uninstall 32 Lives, simply run the latest installer, click on the Uninstall tab then click Uninstall / Deauthorize

An internet connection is required for authorization/deauthorization.
